Is there a fee to work with you?
No. HW Staffing Solutions never charges a fee to its associates for our services.
I interviewed for a job a while back. Do I need to reapply for another job?
It’s not necessary to reapply for each new job; however, if it has been more than a year since you worked for us, we may ask to recertify your employment authorization and update your online account. It’s a good idea to keep in touch with your recruiter to let them know you are actively seeking employment.
I am on an assignment that I do not like; what should I do?
If you are unhappy with your assignment, let us know right away, we want to understand and address any concerns you may have. Our goal is to connect Great People with Great Companies. We want to be sure teh assignment we place you on is a good fit for both you and our clients.
I have an issue with my paycheck. Who should I contact?
Please contact your recruiter or branch manager immediately if you have an issue with your paycheck or call our Corporate HR Department @ 508-694-3711.
How do I get my paycheck?
When on assignment, you are paid weekly. Our preferred payment method is electronic via direct deposit or pay card. However, paper checks are available and mailed from our corporate office in Taunton, Massachusetts. If a check is delayed/lost in the mail, you must wait ten business days to stop payment on the paycheck before a new paycheck can be issued.
How do I get my Pay Stubs?
You can view your paystubs online via your Employee Portal
. Sign in with your username and password, select Pay History, and select the date range. If you need assistance logging into the portal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I complete employment verification or forms for housing, fuel, or other assistance?
Employment verification forms can be emailed to email@example.com
or faxed to 508-796-2402. Please make sure to include your name and last four digits of your social security number and the fax number or address of where the completed form should be sent.
How do I sign up or cancel the Health Insurance?
You are automatically enrolled in our basic Health Insurance unless you “Opt-Out.” To change your coverage options, sign up for other coverage, or opt-out of health insurance, please go to HW Staffing Benefits

What do I do if I move?
If you are moving or relocating, you can easily update your contact information via the Employee Portal

How do I get a copy of my W2’s?

I was injured on the job. What do I do?
You must notify your host supervisor and us if you sustain an on-the-job injury as soon as it happens, even if first aid or medical treatment is not necessary. If you need medical care, we can arrange that for you. All workplace incidents and accidents are thoroughly investigated.
